Most of the murdered Middle European minorities in the 1940's were of "white" appearance. There was a little anti-black sentiment, and some German mulattoes were sterilised. But the major targets were targeted as culturally undesirable influences: Jews, communists, trade unionists, Zigeuner/Rroma/Gypsies, and sometimes particularly effeminate men, or particular strains of Slavic people that were declared enemies for some reason or another.

German racism and USA racism are not the same thing.
