Re: What's the best course of action when you fail at everything you do?

Anon, you will never 100% not fuck up. Fuck ups happen. Sometimes they're small and sometimes they are big. Everyone fucks up sometimes! And it is okay to be bummed out or sad or frustrated or angry.

Take it small. Some days you may need to dial it back. Try to take satisfaction in the small things. Did you eat some food today? Well done! Didn't? Okay a minor set back but you haven't fucked up. Just try again tomorrow. Put some socks on. Get some new socks. Go outside. Maybe have a coffee with a friend for 30 minutes.

The point of trying is that you keep trying. But it is also okay to take breaks! You don't need to try every day. You're allowed to have bad days and weeks. You're allowed to be stressed. Everyone has these days. Thing about people is they're pretty wrapped up in themselves and they rarely notice outside of them. You, me, everyone. Most are not going to notice if you're having an off day and if they do they're probably not thinking about it too much or they're wondering if they're the cause.

I hope you keep trying anon, in little ways and big ways. Sometimes you'll fuck up and sometimes you won't. But you're not a burden and struggling with this is something you should not be ashamed of.

*digital hugs if you want*
