Extreme verbal abuse, especially from military authority figures, and certain types of psychological abuse. (Its hard to specify cause I am not always clear myself, but stuff like food or sleep deprivation to manipulate people.)

Basically my dad was an ex Seal and very abusive.

Also idk if its a "trigger" but angry yelling and stuff tends to make me kinda shut down
