I have never seen a relationship where it looks so much like both parties are covering for some kind of awful secret.

The rumors about them are that she's bi and afraid to come out, and he wants to be seen dating a beautiful A-lister so he's quote on quote masculine enough to be considered for James Bond. So maybe not a terrible secret, but it's even more staged than her usual relationships.

Huh, I hadn't seen that one anywhere. I have mostly been seeing that he knocked her up at the Met Gala and they are having a whirlwind we are in love cause baby.

I hope it's a murder and another celebrity will have a spine-tingling adventure trying to uncover the truth, only for it to turn out to just be a big missunderstanding and no one actually died.

I wonder what attracts celebrities to each other in so many cases, I'd think they wouldn't want the competition for fame.

I suspect it's much easier to date a fellow celeb who's used to the fame and all the hassle it brings. Just like people with any sort of 'lifestyle' job like that (whether it's acting, fishing, military, circus and carnival folk, being a long haul trucker, etc.) tend to gravitate together. It's just easier when the person already understands what to expect and what will be expected of them.

I doubt many celebs care whether their SO is more famous than they are, why would they? That would be like a couple feeling competition for who makes the most money. If it's such a big deal that you make more than your SO you've got serious SERIOUS problems and shouldn't be dating anyone.
