What do you do with a person who goes around telling people their harmless interests are "not okay", and is very harshly critical of others (like 'you're a piece of shit' harsh), bullying, but telling her to stop being a dickwad is an attack on her in her mind?

We have someone like this on our floor. Very obnoxious. Lots of reports to the poor RA when things don't go her way.

I'd first take a good hard look to see if she has a point. Some things do need to be called out.

Yes some things do need to be called out. But the things she's whining and crying about aren't it. Her criticisms are often leveled at people she's had previous disagreements with or enjoy things she doesn't like.

and overall it's no excuse to be a bully and that's what she is.
