No, the medical condition determines who can be saved.

I am very sorry that you would feel that level of hatred towards your fetus, that you would not want to protect and nourish it.

I hope you're successful in your efforts and a fetus never ends up with you as its caretaker, and vice versa, you with the burden of it.

idk why you keep dodging their point about many women resorting to dangerous, often fatal back alley abortions in the absence of being able to procure a safe one, especially since it relates pretty strongly to your point about the hyde amendment

Nothing is forcing these women to resort to maternally unsafe abortions.
They willingly decide to take the risk.

"People will do it anyway" is not a very good reason to make something legal.

Any civilized society should instead make every possible effort to reduce the demand for abortion.

You sweet summer child.

Please never have children, I'm afraid they'd catch the misogyny.

At least my children would grow up knowing they were safe in my womb. 😊

If all things being equal, you could save one, would you choose the mother or the fetus? If you still say the mother, you are beginning to understand. If you would flip a coin, I at least admire your consistency.

I have no hatred towards a fetus, mine or anyone else's. I have no feelings about random, hypothetical fetuses whatsoever. I do not wish to be pregnant.

I hope that your opinion of these matters develops as you get older and gain perspective and empathy for uterus-bearing people in varying degrees of difficult position. I hope, even more deeply, that this perspective does not come at the cost of you or any of your loved ones finding themselves in said difficult position.
