Fic reading is a great way to spend a holiday. And frito pie sounds tasty (what is that?). I'm so sorry about the death in your family, though. That's awful.

Thank you, I appreciate the condolences

Frito pie is pretty simple but I quite enjoy it; it's just a generous layer of fritos at the bottom of a baking dish, chili on top of that and shredded cheese as the final layer. Then you just pop it in the oven for 5-10 minutes to melt the cheese and it's done. Of course, how good it turns out really depends on how good the chili you use is. I think it might be more popular in the South, but I'm not positive about that.

Well, I like fritos, I like chili, and I like cheese, so I'd probably like it. I made chili for the first time today, we'll see how it turns out.
