The 'I have depression' talk would have to really early with someone I wanted to date. Just so he/she would know that sometimes I need to crawl into the fetal position and it wouldn't be 'about them' (but I'd tell them if it was about them). After that, I would hope that all the other stuff (my former relationships, my sexual history, etc.) would just be discussed if we started getting physical.
