That's probably because there far more feminine, trappy guys in anime/manga than there are tomboyish, masculine girls. It's more interesting to read about girls who aren't pigeonholed into that high pitched femme squealing kawaii moe archetype, and less interesting reading about feminine "traps" because they're fucking overdone to death, while comparatively there are very few masculine girls, even fewer who qualify as a true "reverse trap" trope.
