Number one, a published novelist. It's my dream for that to be my full-time career, and be able to support myself from writing alone, but at least it's something that you're never too old to do.

Other than that, my ideal job would be to have a job that actually puts my graduate degree in history to use, that isn't a professor. Working in a museum setting would be awesome. I am sort of working toward that, at least as much as I can without actually getting another degree in museum studies...

right there with you, buddy. what does a museum studies degree even entail???? let me bring my history to your museum I'll figure out the rest as I go

My cousin has a master's in history that's being used working at museums. She seems to really like it. She's also done a lot of playing historical people at historical sites. All part of what she says is called interpretation, explaining history to an audience.

I hope one of your dreams works out for you.
