Have you tried Always Human? It's a pretty Tumblr-y comic but it's a good one. I like Sister Claire too.

Not sure to what lenght people in general consider Strangers in Paradise to be lesbian or remarkably good, but I like a lot of things about it and the core around which it turns is girls loving girls. I'd give it a try if I were you.

Dumbing of Age has a fairly diverse rainbow of character sexualities (and porn of most of them on Slipshine!) but off the top of my head I can't think of any strictly lesbian comics, or heavily featuring lesbian comics.
