Glad you've found what works for you. I can't get into *any* canon pairing myself. Once it's canon I lose interest. Zimbits is still alright since they're not out and completely in the clear yet.

Yeah, when I hoped Remus would get more of a role, I did not have the mess that was DH in mind.

It just seems so clear JKR wrote more than she could chew, cut out a bunch, and kept what still fit in. Except then it didn't make any sense.
