Consequentially? Are you sure you don't mean consequently?

Or do you mean to use it in the same way you would use subsequently?

That's a weird word to rely on because it's actual use is really sort of niche insofar as it alludes to a more specific chain of events than, say, any of the other alternatives (e.g. consequently, as a result, following etc.).

Yep. I don't know why my mind always goes to that one. I have to edit it out nearly every time I use it, because it almost never fits when I stop to think!
