I like yaoi and rape is a kink of mine, but I recognize how problematic and fucked up the dynamics are in many yaoi relationships. That's part of the appeal, but it's really appalling how some fans try to excuse the rapists and say they're actually good guys. It got really weird and terrible in the Dramatical Murder fandom where people hated Mink for what he did to Aoba, but were okay with Virus and Trip doing even worse things to him and how it was okay because they "were pretty and obviously cared for Aoba". The mental gymnastics were pretty impressive though.
