I tried making that Lemon Magic Cake. It tastes good (though I'd add a bit more lemon juice next time. I only for two really defined layers though. Not sure what I did wrong (cooked too long maybe). The top is like cake and the bottom is like a custard. Pretty delicious.



I also played some Pokemon Go and caught a Venosaur!

Thanks! It is pretty good. The lemon flavor is subtle but definitely there. I'd prefer a stronger lemon taste but I think my sister's like the subtle taste.

Mmm. I'm with you, personally. No such thing as a too-strong lemon flavor.

Maybe I should try making that cake. They'll probably have lemons at the farmers' market...

I always like more lemon flavor, but my mom likes the subtle lemon flavor.

It was surprisingly easy to make.
