I get agitated when it's obvious someone didn't do their research about a specific area.

Such as saying how long it will take to get from point A to Point B and it being very unrealistic.

Or specific food stores being called out that don't exist in that region of the country.

Yeah, like one might get away with mentioning Costco in a fic set in Australia, IF it's set on the Gold Coast, but not Walmart.

(This is just and example - and yes, there's a Costco on the Gold Coast somewhere.)
