If the Zoloft is causing you to gain that much weight as well as keeping you up at night and requiring you to take another med to combat that then it sounds like it's not a good choice for you med-wise. I would talk to my doctor about possibly trying something else; there are so many different antidepressants out there these days that there is no reason you should stay on one that's causing you unpleasant side effects that are seriously affecting your health.

This. I couldn't stick with my meds because of that, but there are alternatives out there.

Also, maybe look into a keto diet/lifestyle? I know the main issue here is that your meds are causing weight gain, but it's a pretty reliable way to counter weight gain and eat healthy.
