Ignoring doesn't help if the bully is obsessed with you and keeps following you. If you're unlucky enough to draw attention from the wrong group of crazies don't be surprised if they dedicate their empty and uneventful life they have destryoing you.

It can happen anywhere, theoretically. But practically there are far bigger chances it will happen on tumblr.

I mean, I try to follow drama-less blogs only but even like this I witnessed too much of it. Far too much of it.

They're on tumblr; we don't like them; therefore they must be particularly terrible bullies. The logic checks out.

They're not more prone to bullying than any other group of people, but they tend to be incredibly persistent and incredibly vicious when they do decide they want to gnaw on someone.
