Yes, yes, and not-really-sure-but-kind-of. Because incest has a strict definition that we can't really say 'Well, it's not incest TO ME.' but that definition gets blurry when you step further out on the family tree.

In fiction I don't really care but I don't like to read incest personally. In real life I will ALWAYS be opposed to cross-gen incest because of power dynamics, unless the two people mysteriously never met before and didn't know. With second cousins, I don't care as long as they weren't raised as family (Although to be honest I'd be pretty weirded out and wouldn't want anything to do with it, I just wouldn't care that other people I wasn't involved with did it). With cousins I think I'd be really grossed out whether they were raised together or not, but if they weren't I'd probably just go 'I don't have an opinion on that, I'm staying out of it' and avoid it.

I'm American! I gather we're pretty 'prudish' about cousin marriage in most of our country.
