I'd consider them all incest and am from the US.

IRL I'd find the first two kind of weird; second cousins not so much (I don't even really know my second cousins). The cousins relationship might not bother me if those involved weren't close growing up, but hearing about it would still stand out to me as odd at first. The relationships involving cousins wouldn't seem as disturbing to me as those involving parents or siblings though.

The first just seems too creepy for me because of the closeness in relation, way moreso than (second) cousins. Although if the uncle or aunt weren't biologically related it wouldn't seem quite on the level of something like parent-child, sibling, etc., though the dynamic might still be strange if both were aware of their family relation.

Not trying to judge or say anything is "wrong" since I know my phrasing might be off here; just my immediate reactions.
