Yes to all but the farther away the cousins get the less squicky it is. Uncle/Aunt with nephew/niece seems very obviously incestuous to me. Cousin/cousin is actually not uncommon in some cultures in Earth's present and past, but it still feels weird to think about any of my cousins that way. second cousin/second cousin I still would not do but it seems less gross.

Once you go so far out that you don't know you're related, and if you find out and are like, fifth cousins or farther*, then I don't think it's a big deal.

*not sure what the actual degree would be but it's...somewhere. depends on personal comfort level maybe? we're all related if you go far back enough, anyway...
