(Anonymous) 2016-07-21 09:48 am (UTC)(link)Meanwhile, I stand in my corner holding the Agender flag, feeling very lonely and slightly peeved.

(Anonymous) 2016-07-21 01:36 pm (UTC)(link)(Which is all sorts of wrong, obviously.)
I agree with anon above that agender is technically included under the T. Technically.
But nonbinary peeps frequently aren't mentioned in discussions about trans peeps (or discussions involving trans peeps), so your frustration is understandable.
I'm nonbinary too (not agender specifically, but definitely nonbinary) and it's definitely lonely :(
So. While I don't agree with trying to push into the A (especially as it'd only solve the acknowledgement issue for a small subset of nonbinary peeps, of which I'm not one), I do believe we (nonbinary peeps as a whole) deserve some explicit recognition somewhere, not just as an afterthought to the binary trans peeps.

(Anonymous) 2016-07-21 03:44 pm (UTC)(link)True. To both points :P
I don't have an opinion on "queer" either way, personally.
It also has the issue of implying existence rather than explicitly stating it, though, which imo doesn't change all that much.

(Anonymous) 2016-07-21 08:44 pm (UTC)(link)I just also think that the 'A' can stand for more than one thing.
