Yes to all. For me, the squick is the family ties, not the blood tie. (After all, I was molested by my step-grandfather.)

Note that I also come from a family where incest was a MASSIVE problem, involving at least (and these are only the ones I know for absolute certain) my grandfather, my aunt, my uncle, my mother, my father, my brother, and me. (And probably at least one cousin.) As far as I know, the only ones who escaped are me and possibly a cousin.

So I have Very Strong Feelings and Opinions on incest and have read a lot about how it works. Personally, the stuff involving my father was more traumatic... but mostly because he was more violent and sadistic. Grampa and aunt, at least, only hit or choked me if they felt they had to. (My brother only came after me once, and he was intoxicated and I fought him off. So he doesn't even rank. But I'm sure if he was nasty as Dad, he could've been equally awful.)
