Anyone still playing? :)

Really want a new breed... or gene, though I know we've gotten quite a few! I make the most money when new genes come out for flipping dragons. I don't even know what to flip these days since Petals has devalued. Might have to actually Coli again... or *shudder* fairgrounds..

I raise a lot of treasure selling apparel I get from chests through bonding with familiars.

Nice! The iron and gilded chests can really make some nice treasure, and I was good about checking familiars every day until recently, when I've become bored of it. It does pay off though!

I got back into this dumb freakin dragon site like a month ago. Mostly I've been having fun breeding my dragons and giving them away, but my next nests don't hatch till the 28th. :c

Haha I know your feelings. I have "just about quit" several times, then somehow I get back into it. It's not even a particularly exciting game and the community is a little childish (if nice). But man, is it addictive.

Dragon sales are unfortunately still crap. D: I basically sell everything as fodder, even pretty dragons. Even G1s go as fodder.

Man, I don't even try to sell my dragons anymore. I just want to find them good homes. ;A;

I'm kinda playing, but I have also kinda lost interest. I hate that I can so rarely sell dragons, even ones I think are really pretty. So i don't really breed dragons anymore. And with the price of eliminates and the price of level 25s, training dragons to sell is no longer worth it, and I used to enjoy that. And I have already reached my goals of all the sprites and expanding my lair completely, and I can't come up with other goals that feel obtainable. And I would love to collect more dragons, but I don't want to get rid of ones I have and I have no room for more, so there goes that. Even the festivals aren't enough to bring me back as Baldwin makes it ridiculously easy to get currency, there is no real profit in sales now, and I can't get myself excited about future sales as there are millions of copies of everything and nothing will retire.

So, basically I want to play. I love my dragons. I just am not really into it anymore.

I hear you on Elminiates and such. I haven't been on the game that long - November 2015 - but back then, I bought a few eliminates for 50kt. They'd bounce between 50kt and 100kt. I checked today and they are 250kt... what the heck! Luckily I have my Coli team already, but still.

Good job on all the sprites, though. That's my current goal... but I only have the three cheapest (Nature, Water, and Earth). And all of those were AH snipes. I have enough where I could possibly get Wind, but then I'm back to zero and I wonder if I shouldn't keep saving for a more expensive one... My goal is still Light Sprite, but I'm not sure if that's realistic for me, I can make a bit of money but probably not fast enough to keep up with the inflation.

I got my sprites a year ago, so it wasn't as big a task as you are going to face. My light sprite was only 24k gems. And the gem:treasure ratio wasn't nearly as high. I feel for all of you doing it now. I did my sprite collecting based on the ones I wanted most. So Arcane and Lightning were my first, and then I kinda bounced around, with Light being last, as it took so long to save for. I'm sure there is a better way to go about it!

Yeah, eliminates are ridiculous right now. I actually expect them to continue to go up for a bit with the registration windows. And level 25s are selling for 300K (or less!) still, so training just isn't worth it. Oh well.

Ack, jealous. Wish I knew about this game earlier, if just to get all the rare, retired stuff! D: Well who knows, I'll keep an eye on the AH and keep saving, maybe one day!

I do too. I also wish I had understood things better when I did join. Like I didn't get extras of the water and nature sprites because it felt like there were so many people with extras that the price would never really get high. Oops?

Good luck in your quest. I know someone sold a light sprite for cheap on the AH on purpose once so maybe there is a chance for you. I will cross my fingers that inflation doesn't increase too much for you!

I stopped playing because everything was slow and tedious for little reward :/
