Well, no, not really. He's pro-banking, soft on abortion, strong national defense. He's the definition of a moderate centrist purple-state Democrat. If there is any such thing as a moderate politician in America today, Tim Kaine is a moderate. If you don't think he's a moderate, I'm damned if I can think of anyone else who would be.

That's what I mean when I call him moderate too. It's weird that so many people have bought the line that everybody who says anything "negative" must be some kind of "fringe leftist freak"
