Bonus: with a lot if these, you don't need to worry about earthquakes, hurricanes, or sea level rise.

New Orleans is no-go due to hurricanes and sea level rise will be a major problem since the whole place is sinking.

Portland probably gets earthquakes, and they're potentially a problem for St. Louis, too, believe it for not.

Not sure if Baltimore would be affected much by sea level rise, or Philadelphia.

The rest are fine.
