Eh. If you don't got any allergies or medication that would interact badly, should be fine to take one.

This assumes OP knows about all their allergies and possible drug interactions, though. Most non medical professionals don't, which is why it's not recommended that you take someone else's prescription meds.

most doctors don't test for allergies unless you show a reaction to something tho
