It's totally derivative all the way through, but it's well made, decently acted, very suspenseful, and fun to watch.

If you can't let go of the fact that it's more of a pastiche of a number of different movies both stylistically and thematically with some scenes that directly homage after the first two episodes and enjoy it, it's probably not for you.
