I finally learned how to spell Rattata when it occurred to me that it's "Rat tata" when you separate it. So now I just remember "rat boobs" and it's easy.

I finally learned how to say it because of Pokemon Go. I always pronounced it Ra-tuh-ta-tuh (adding extra syllables).

It's probably more because they're very plentiful in PokéGo, so they learnt it through repeat exposure.
