I agree with your favorites.

I liked Biden's speech too. I liked when he told everyone to stay quiet for a moment and really think. And of course he said "malarkey" again. That word already made me think of him because of the last vice presidential debate and now it's going to remind me of him even more.

My favorite moment of the convention was Obama's "don't boo, vote".

I definitely laughed at "malarkey" - that had to be intentional. It was a good speech, though I missed Tim Kaine's and I really want to compare the two.

And Obama had some great one-liners. I really liked how he handled Trump. On one hand, you don't want to give such a ludicrous candidate too much personalized attention, and you also want to stay classy. I think Obama handled that portion really well.

Tim Kaine came off a bit like a sitcom dad. He wasn't bad but I liked Biden's speech better.

I completely agree with you about how Obama handled Trump. I hope Hillary does as well at that tonight.

Haha, I just watched John Oliver on Colbert describe him as "America's step-dad". And I've just started the speech (like five minutes in) and man, this speech is delightfully boring.

(Tim Kaine speech update)

lmao at 22 minutes in, "delightfully boring" describes this perfectly. His fake-Trump voice and "attacks" are cracking me up. Oh Tim Kaine.

The "America's step-dad" description is a very apt one indeed :D.
