Crab Rangoon

I've finally worked out a recipe that comes pretty dang close to what I was going for AND found a shape I can manipulate the wonton wrappers into without making a tragedy of it (my triangles don't stay sealed, but if I make "pillows", I can do it!).

I have a lot of odd dietary restrictions, so it's been a challenge. (I'm on the tyramine-restricted diet, so that meant no soy sauce OR worchester.)

Now I have a whole bowl full of yummy crab rangoon to see me through this week!
