NAYRT, but it shouldn't be alienating unless the person allows themselves to be alienated. Presumably, they're part of said social group for a reason, and have other things to talk about. Treat it like any other thing that your friends are into that you're meh about -- let them gush and offer an opinion if you've got one or smile and nod until the subject changes. If you're standing around huffy and offended because other people have sex drives, then I've got no sympathy. That's the sexual equivalent of the person who has to loudly state "I don't have to drink to have fun" when someone offers them a beer at a party. Don't make an issue out of something that isn't one.
