I don't want it in a fandom that doesn't have either magic or aliens.

I don't want a lot of detail about how birth works, because it probably doesn't quite hold up on a realism level.

I RP it, but there's magic involved. Women can have children the same way, but they have a second "natural birth" option available. Also, it's only applicable to dwarves.
