I don't read it. If folks want it, by all means, go for it, but for me, mpreg is almost magical in its ability to hit ALL my "do not want" buttons.

First, pregnancy has always been one of my personal terrors. DO NOT WANT.

Second, in a lot of series I've read, ANY character having a child is usually the point that I lose interest. DO NOT WANT.

So yeah, unless it's like, an alien species or a world where male pregnancy is a totally normal part of life (trans guy who actually wants this to happen, Alien Seahorse People) then I am HIGH unlikely to want.

...I would totally read an ordinary story about the family raising habits of the Alien Seahorse People though.
