What's something he likes? Like a show or character or sports team or whatever? I always get my fiancé stuff that is tailored to their interests--with their favorite superhero, or a book I know they'd like. And then the romance is all in the presentation!! Make the kitchen table or his car or whatever an explosion of love and merriment. :)
