Lana Parrilla (Regina Mills) is part Latina - her father is Puerto Rican
Darren Criss (Blaine Anderson) is part Asian – his mother is a native of Cebu, Philippines.

Lana Parilla is latina, and Darren Criss and Wentworth Miller are both biracial (the former has a Filipino mother, the latter has a black father). The characters may or may not actually be written as PoC, but the actors definitely are.
