What other people would call a perfect day. Lots of sun, not a cloud in the sky. Way too bright for me and my eyes.

It sounds like hell. I'm not being sarcastic, I share your aversion to the brightness and unwarranted heat. Anything above 18Centigrade is too hot for me. I think I should move to the Faroes.

What I hate most is when people think I'm just being dramatic when I'm literally in pain. I need to find better sunglasses.

And yes, heat is awful too, especially since my skin doesn't react well to sweat. I spend half of summer taking cool showers.
