Just embrace it, bb. You live at home. You have reasons. Moving out is a 'new' thing, anyway, since families lived together for generations and centuries before this.

If you're thirty, your parents are probably older/aging, so if you *must* explain yourself (which is not incumbent upon you), just say it helps them with bills/health issues/mobility/whatever. I'd move in with my mom/have her move in with me in a heartbeat if i could.
