Yes. Fast food spaghetti is a thing. And the sauce is a lot sweeter than American tomato sauce (and the spaghetti is usually drenched in more sauce than we normally put on it).

I've acquired a taste for American tomato sauce, but I grew up with the Filipino sweet spaghetti so for a while I thought American sauce was too tart. I think now I like my spaghetti sauce somewhere in the middle.
