Not precisely the same, but I'll admit to a similar feeling of schadenfreude when someone who loves to pose as an arbiter of writing quality got some concrit from a real live acquisitions editor at an actual major publishing house...and proceeded to spork his critique in her journal, with an attitude of "he was interrogating my text from the wrong perspective!" (It was obvious that he wasn't.)

Evil me got this glow of petty pleasure from realizing that she's so full of herself, she's incapable of learning. She'll probably always be terrible.
