I shipped House/Cuddy until it became canon and ruined both characters. I shipped Remus/Tonks before it became canon. I still like it, but I don't like how it was written in canon.

poor cuddy dealt with so much bullshit on that show

I wish we'd gotten to see more of Remus besides him running away out of guilt in DH. It was nice to hear him on Potterwatch (and him going by Romulus was perfect [I'm such a nerd for the names in this series]) but I wish we could have seen more showing why I liked both him and Tonks in the first place.
