The rest of the day wasn't bad, but I had another one of my customary anxiety dreams that involved a friend being terrible to me. I get these time to time. Either it's my friends hating each other and making me choose between them or them hating me and making me feel like shit.

This is why the paranormal doesn't scare me. There's no way to know if it's real, whereas people in your life can very much hurt you or people you care about.
