Yes, sure, legit criticism like vile insults to the cast and racial slurs.

As a feminist you should support other women who try to do their job and get tons of hate just for being women. How many reboots are being done lately and how many of them get this shitstorm of hate?

As a feminist, supporting this movie is a political stand. Besides, it´s not as if it´s horrible. It´s nice and fun, so go watch it.

So, I should support a studio that tells people that they can't find any fault with a movie that stars women, including with things like the special effects that don't involve the cast at all, or else they're misogynists?

That's not feminism. Feminism means judging a movie starring women on the same criteria as a movie starring men. It means no free pass.

I'm not going to shell out just "because women". I don't owe it to a movie that's bolstered by such a dramatic double standard. Femininity isn't a commodity and isn't a selling point.
