If you are in the USA, what about volunteering at one of the National Parks? Some jobs include housing, a meal allowance, and travel expense reimbursement.

There is also the Peace Corps- volunteer in another country for two years. They provide housing, a living stipend, training, two days of paid vacation per month, they pay for the travel to and from the country you are serving in, offer medical and dental care, and you get $8,000 when you finish the program.

The Job Corps might be able to help too. AmeriCorps could help as well.
