Wow! Whole load of generalisation there, to try and make a point. The fact is that Hydra, while having Nazi like qualities, is a fictional organisation. Sure there are some crazy trash party fics out there. Not a single one of them that I've read even come close to 'glorifying Nazism'. Honestly what are you on? Fetishising rape? OK, some of the fics, I'll pay that. Some of them are excellent though really look in detail at the psychology behind how the Winter Soldier/Bucky, particularly if non-con is involved.

I'm not an expert, but it's a tag (I think?!) for a type of fanfiction featuring Bucky Barnes (aka the Winter Soldier) from Marvel Cinematic Universe being tortured and sexually abused by Hydra, the organization that captured him and brainwashed him for decades.
Hydra is the Nazi parallel in this universe, since it's German and the WWII was fought against them.

The fanfictions are ofter about the torture and sexual abuse in very explicit and graphic details. Sometimes there are Hurt/Comfort elements, sometimes not. ...It's basically torture porn.
