I am truly astonished at how quickly this fandom became so incredibly toxic. I mean, it's not the most toxic fandom I've seen, but it's definitely the quickest deterioration I've ever seen. And Klance shippers are the source of most of the worst of it, from screaming that shipping Shiro/Keith is pedophilia, to viciously harassing the writer of that one fic for being racist (even though literally EVERY Hispanic person I've seen who read it was going "Lol, that's my family EXACTLY"), and bugging the VAs on twitter asking for their opinions on their ship...

I mean, I've seen bad behavior from other parts of the fandom, too, but sweet baby Jesus the Klance shippers are something else.

Do you think it has anything to do with a lot of Klance fans being Zutara shippers? Because the parallels between both the ships and the behavior of their more rabid fans grow more and more apparent every day.
