Please, please, please bring someone with you. They can wait in the lobby if needed.

If the building has other legit practices, go into one of those (preferably the one closest to where you need to be) and ask where place X is. If they know nothing and seem like they've never heard of place X, or don't know anything about the person you're supposed to meet, I'd get the hell out.

Actually, this is a great suggesting. Yes, anon. Do that.

It could just be that they're a small business with a very outdated website, as has been suggested, but there's something suspicious about this.
