Sauron/Celebrimbor is my favorite pairing that is awful for both of them. Mostly for Celebrimbor. I like angst. I like villain/hero pairings. I like the characters. I just like everything about this pairing.

Melkor/Sauron is my favorite pairing that I think is actually healthy in the strictly romantic bits, but they are villains so they are unhealthy in the sense of being awful people who are horrible to everyone but each other. And they bring out the worst in each other. But that's one thing that makes them interesting. I love the idea of villains who are evil and awful and yet still capable of love.
