Totally understand these feelings, yeah. He was perfect as the team leader, he had great chemistry and interactions with the rest of the cast/characters, I love Hotch himself as a character, and both Gibson and his character have been with the show since day one. It'll be a tough adjustment, to be sure. And knowing why he's not there makes it even harder. At least when Morgan left, it was 'cause Shemar Moore CHOSE to leave, y'know?

I'll still watch 'cause I like and want to support the rest of the cast/characters (and am curious about the new guy). And I agree with letting Gibson go if for no other reason than I think it's important for him to take some time and deal with whatever issues he may be struggling with.

But I'm still sad all of this happened in the first place, and will definitely miss Hotch. Mixed emotions, indeed.
