it FINALLY looks like I'll be signing for a house. I'm so frustrated, because it ended up more expensive than I wanted for this year, mainly because my roommates made huge weird issues and spent aaaaages coming up with a place they liked. Signing FIVE DAYS before my current lease is up was not my plan!
But at least we'll have a place to live, and the roommates will hopefully be fine once we're actually in...

Just, ugh. One of the girls showed up with an issue with the contract for the previous house we wanted to rent A MONTH after we had sent her the contract for review! Why did you wait that long??? And then half the time they wouldn't update me on what the hell was even going on wrt finding a place to live. Just, garbage communication.
